I am not sure as to why I don't seem to lose weight by plainly exercising. I know for a fact that whenever I exhaust myself doing that, I get to be hungrier than ever. I have consulted these to my nutritionist and dietician plus a brother who is a GP. They told me that exercise won't help me if I don't have a kick start with my metabolism. I was told to take an all natural(which actually got my attention) diet pill. I have given this Prescopodene a fair trial for a month and it's not really that bad at all. I have made small research on the net and I've read some mixed reviews about it. But regardless of that, I think what's important is that I have a first hand experience on what it does to the body. I love it.
