The company has in place a hybrid compensation plan which is actually one of the best paying ones in the industry. 50% payouts are possible with Neways and they have a Multiplex & Affinity profit centers to earn through. If you are earning through the Multiplex route then you will be selling products to customers and making an income that way (immediate income). To develop residual income then you are going to have to sponsor people underneath you and you can then be paid on their efforts as well.

There's also a car bonus system for those who qualify further up the pay plan.
