Be careful when giving your trust to a seller’s agent because they usually gives understated information regarding the negative aspects of the house and then overstress the good features of the house so it would be easier for them to sell the house.
Buyer’ Agent
The sellers are not the only ones who can get a professional service of an agent. You, as well, as a buyer can get your agent, who are called buyer’s agent. If you are in this kind of negotiation, always get an agent that you know is loyal to you.
