Indosoft, the leading supplier of a multi-tenant call center software for Asterisk, has declared that AZCI.net, a wireless Internet Service Protocol, or ISP, has set out its iHostPBX recently. The deployment permits AZCI.net to develop into Voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP. This expansion also offers the ‘ePhone’ VoIP services to their clients. Greg Friedman, the owner and CTO of AZCI.net, said in a statement that AZCI.net, being an established wireless ISP with coverage reaching across ultimately huge rural areas, they were seeking to add dependable VoIP telephony services for their clients. The system will definitely cater to the needs of their clients so that they may help them grow their business effectively.
Greg Friedman also stated that to deliver a superior service, they have designed a structure that permitted all voice traffic to be within the handled network. They were well aware of the fame of Asterisk as a VoIP telephony platform and founded Indosoft, which offered a rich multi-tenant product with a strong, client friendly GUI.
IHostPBX from the Indosoft Company is a multi-tenant, multi-box PBX wrap for asterisk telephony and is a significant component of its call center ACD, Q-Suite. Indosoft has expanded this multi-tenant PBX wrap to match its call center ACD. Its GUI being full of features, it gives AZCI.net the ability to provide VoIP based telephony services that can develop further with demand while staying extremely inexpensive.
James Terhune, CTO of Indosoft Company said that Q-Suite has established itself as the major leading multi-tenant call center ACD software for Asterisk and it offers migrations to Asterisk with no effort required. The incorporation of the PBX wraps within the call center software influences the advantages of the established PBX attributes within Asterisk.
Just a few months back, Indosoft Company has declared that it will be upgrading its prognostic dialer technology based on open source Asterisk. The prognostic or predictive dialer technology is designed and created to be of service and to be accommodating with FCC, United States and the CRTC, Canada, guidelines so that the prognostic or predictive dialer drops to less than 3 percent of the overall number of calls that are connected. This excludes answering machines.
Clearly, with all these happening, Indosoft company is doing everything they can to help their clients and serve them with quality systems to allow their businesses and companies to grow and develop at affordable costs.
Business VoIP solutions provide and easier way for many business owners to pay lower fees for their business telephone system services without having to compromise the most important attributes and features that they need at their office.
