Don't Be Afraid To Ask For The Sale! Didn't You Get In This Internet Marketing Arena To Make Money?

Direct Sales is a serious part of the equation to have success as an internet marketer. Many people try to mask the word sale or the entire concept that they are selling something and fancy it up with the word marketer, internet marketer, affiliate marketer, video marketer. however anyway it is handled at the end of the day everyone is in sales. And we have all heard the saying, "ask and it is given." My favorite is, "the squeaky wheel always gets the grease.

I remember, when I first got into real estate, as an investor I was terrified to ask for the larger deals. I remember watching investors like Carleton Sheets and Russ Whitney teach amazing strategies and while in class I was excited to go after the large sale; I even purchasing their home study courses and attended their personal coaching class. However when the opportunity presented itself, initially I would somehow un-invite myself from the possibility.

As I went through their courses, I would say one thing to myself but my actions took other avenues. In retrospect, I guess I felt as though I had to start at the lower level of earnings before I could go after the larger profit margins. Today I often wonder why I ever felt that way. Today I understand that it takes the same amount of energy to profit $5,000 or $100,000 dollars. I even told one of my male associates that if 'he' got into this industry he would be able to make 6 figures on his first deal!

In other words, I believed that he was able to do something that I was not. My belief system was not as strong as I thought it was. Today is a different day for me, and hopefully, if you are in that same space as I was, after reading this article you will have a different perspective.

Put another way, if two people walked up to you right now and were willing to pay you two different amounts of money for the same work. Which would you choose? Of course you would choose the higher option. With that being the answer, then why do so many of us, settle for less and expect that before we can have more, first we have to start small? In some cases, it is a matter of needing experience, but in too many cases, it's more about our limiting belief system.

Life is mostly about choices and to many of our choices are deeply rooted in what we believe. Many people won't even look at an opportunity that has a high ticket item attached, because they don't believe they can make the sale. Ask yourself, how much money did you make today? Better question, how much money do you desire to make a day. If there is a difference in the answers let begin to adjust our mindset and explore why is there a disconnect.

I believe everything we do as internet marketers or marketer of any sort, in order to achieve the larger dollar amounts, you have to think big and you have to go after big things if you want big things. They say if you shoot for the moon and miss you'll end up among the stars. However, too many of us never even aim nearly that high and we should. We all need to stop playing small. Direct selling of top tier type products is an exceptional way play big and win big.

How many have heard the saying, being comfortable, being uncomfortable or too busy being broke? Opportunity is all around us, and the only thing stopping most of us from trying is mostly the fear that we'll fail. Most successful people have failed in many things way more times than they have succeeded, the main difference is somehow, the didn't hide behind excuses, and every time they fell (failed) - they got back up and wouldn't give up or make excuses.

Making a big income is not hard, the hardest part is expanding your belief system. Many who became successful have admitted that once their confidence rose they were able to simply ask for the sale. In addition they also decided that they were not going to stop until they met their monetary goals. So the question is, what are you settling for? And better yet are you ready to go for the sale?
