Why so many people won't succeed in making money online? Many of them repeat same mistakes which prevent them from being successful. Don't do the these mistakes anymore!

1. Wrong expectations

This is one of the most common mistakes people do. They very often think that making money online is something that will bring them quick money with almost no work. If you do this mistake in the beginning you will most probably don't make ANY money on the internet. Yes, there are many opportunities and you can get rich on the internet, in fact the sky is a limit for your earnings, but NOT WITHOUT WORK.

2. Not setting your goals

It is very important to set your long term goals which will motivate you in your activities. During your online carrier you will experience big successes but also many setbacks. And in these cases it is very important to call to mind your goals which will prevent you from giving it up. Your goals will remind you why you are working hard and enforce your willingness. Remember that properly defined goal is WRITTEN item you want to achieve with concrete DATE and it must be achievable within given time. So do you want to buy a house at the sea cost 3 years from now? Do you want to have a month vacation four-times a year every year (and when will you begin)? Think BIG to have BIG results!

3. Reinventing wheel

Many people don't succeed on the internet because they try to do it their way without help of others, who are more experienced. In fact they are reinventing the wheel. But it is a long and hard way. Be smart and do it easy! Observe how successful people do it and try to imitate them, you will get ahead of others easily.

4. Not building residual income

Residual (or passive) income means that you are paid even in times you don't work. For example if you rent a house you get rent without effort (except some basic maintenance). It involves more work at the beginning but way less work and more money in future. It is very important to start building your residual income as soon as possible. To do that you must create some type of "asset". This could be your website with stable traffic or your mailing list.

5. Searching silver bullet

This mistake pertinent to people's wrong expectation and is represented by their effort to find "silver bullet", some magic solution, that will make them money automatically. There are many of these "push button" things and I am not against it on the whole - some of them can resolve your PARTICULAR work routine automatically - article submissions, build a website (be careful with this!), but none of these will do your profitable online business instead of you.
