It has been a while now since Brad Yates started teaching people on how to create more abundance in their lives using EFT and he is successful in doing so. I personally stumbled across his work a couple years ago and grabbed some valuable lessons from them.
Teaching #1: What you attract in life only reflects how you feel about your objective or focus.
One of the critical traits that Brad imparts is that what you’re feeling is a direct link to what you’re attracting. So for instance, if you feel bad or uncertain towards money, you’ll attract more scarcity.
This is also imparted by many other trainers of the law of attraction such as Abraham-Hicks, Bob Proctor and Carol Look to name a few.
In my understanding, this lesson holds true. I find that if I’m feeling great about money (to continue that example) I’m:
More motivated to take action;
Have money more ideas that excite me and;
More open to opportunity around me.
To conclude, I get a feeling of immenseness in relative to my goal or area that I’m working on.
Lesson #2: By using EFT, we can control how we feel about any objective or focus.
The key instrument that Brad imparts in order to control how you feel about your objective or area that you’re working on is EFT. EFT has been clinically confirmed by a whole group of peer reviewed studies.
In my experience, it works like a charisma to eradicate the undesirable charge from thoughts and beliefs. It also works great for setting positive sentiments in terms of thoughts and beliefs.
Additional cool tip that I’ve known from studying Brad Yates is the way he modifies the reminder phrase when selecting on the various points. If you’re not acquainted with what I’m referring to, it’s simply the phrase you repeat while doing the EFT procedure.
Varying what you repeat while selecting on the various points allows you to aim far more phases all at once. Granted, some will be more stubborn than others. In that case, simply do a dedicated round of tapping on the stubborn aspect.
I also picked up the tip of being able to select in positive thoughts and choices. Traditionally, EFT has been used to remove the negative charge around thoughts and beliefs. However, it’s also extremely effective at installing positive thoughts and ideas.
You can do this by altering the arrangement phrase to include a constructive choice, then selecting while repeating the constructive choice.
An illustration could be: "Even though I’m stressed to find the money to pay for my next loan payment, and I’m really worried about it, I choose to feel hopeful about my ability to earn some extra cash and make the payment in time." The reminder phrase would be: "hopeful about my ability to earn extra case and make the payment".
It’s a bit of a destructive example, but hey, it works!
I hope this commentary shed some light on the lessons that can be learnt from studying the teachings of Brad Yates.
