The office for many of us is a real home in which you pass in many cases more time than in our private home.
The office also has a dual role as well to be our place of work. The office it is also where customers are welcomed, where customers can get an idea of our company and our way of doing business. It is therefore essential that the office is furnished and is in keeping with attention to every detail. There are many ways that you can achieve this goal, but certainly the first line to follow is to customize it.
Of course, one should not exaggerate too much customization as could have the opposite effect, but with a little 'attention you can avoid the air tank and impersonal typical of physician practices. Just a few details to make a comfortable and friendly office and not to embarrass any clients or guests. The first thing to do is make sure color is through the choice of paintings to hang on the walls and through furnishings such as curtains or whatever, but also with plants, but that obviously require constant care and maintenance. Light colors are usually recommended for office and waiting rooms but nothing forbids us to put our personal touch with dots of color or even special posters that attract attention.
Even the office chair should have special characteristics is that it is those placed in the waiting room and those that are chosen for our office staff or for those employees who work within the office. Definitely to be avoided is the skin, cold winter and hot in summer, to be replaced with modern office chairs ergonomic, efficient and functional space-saving but also for the activity that takes place. For the waiting room, where it is expected the office, you can dare a little 'more with colored sofas and low tables on which to place entertainment magazines maybe related to our business sector (the gossip from hairdresser is to be avoided in any case) and some candy to offer our customers if they were forced to wait before being received by the sales representative or us.
One of the problems most often in recent years is the need to obtain personal spaces within offices are structured as open space. An effective solution that does not preclude the chance to socialize and to hold consultations among the various people working in the same space is certainly represented by the office walls. These may occur in different variations that allow different degrees of isolation. Those currently on the market offering excellent efficiency and quality as it does not use toxic substances and prevent any trouble arising from office life. Definitely when the environment must be shared by more people we can rely on the advice of a specialist design studio that can provide different versions to choose from.
