The Cherry Creek real estate area is located in south-central area of Denver City. It is a place where modernization gets mixed with nature and the combination is strangely in good harmony. This neighborhood got its name from the nearby water form known as Cherry Creek which runs through the community. This neighborhood also boasts its own event center called the Fillmore plaza where annual events happen in almost every season from art exhibits to ice rinks to film festivals.
Cherry Creek is also known to be the fourth most "walkable" community in Denver. The neighborhood is the best place for walking because the streets coursing through it is lined by trees giving walkers a soothing atmosphere. For those who fancy a bike ride, bike paths are also scattered around the neighborhood. On the last Sunday of every April, the community gathers for the annual Cherry Creek Sneak. It is a five-mile run for community socializing and show the unity of the neighbors.

For the many singles out there who want to settle in a posh area of Denver, there are condominium units available with quality furnishings and varying design ideas.
