New York is a huge city and therefore the number of cars is high in number. The street parking is almost unavailable in the city as the city has huge number of vehicles. The parking charges are huge and thus NYC Parking is quite expensive.
NYC Parking is now a business for many. With the number of cars on the rise, people are forced to look out for parking spaces, as the parking rules are very confusing in the city. The parking rates are huge but people are forced to pay, as there is no way out. The garage parking is almost $40 for 1 day. The rates of parking are increasing every month as the demand for the parking spaces are increasing. This is one reason people living in the boroughs do not have his or her own cars and they travel by the use of public transport.
The public transport is mostly preferred to stay out from the NYC parking hassles and they can save a lot of time while going to their offices.
Manhattan is a borough, which is on the east side of the river, and it is densely populated and the number of vehicles is huge in number. The parking spaces are very less and due to this, the cost of parking is huge. This is a good business for people who wish to share their space as public parking garage. Manhattan parking is now days a happening business in the city.
The Manhattan parking price is rising with the demand of the garages as more number of cars are being added to the city streets. The parking business is mostly flourishing by the office-going people, as they need to park their cars before going to their offices and the whole day rental is being paid by them.
The office going people are advised by the government to use public transport as this will help them to curb down the expenditures from the parking zones. Many office goers are switching to the public transport as they provide very cheap and safe mode of transport and its very reliable and convenient even during the rush hours and in the night hours.
