Want to get married? What is a marriage? Marriage is the communion of two souls, it is where the two person who love and care for each other settles down to a lifetime decision that they will love and support each one of them in times of happiness or sorrow. Marriage is a ceremony where the man and woman is claimed to be husband and wife after that certain ritual. Marriage is a particular agreement of permanent combination between a man and a woman entered into in harmony with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life. It is the base of the family and an unbreakable social institution whose nature, consequences, and incidents are governed by law and not subject to condition, except that marriage settlements may fix the property relations during the marriage within the restrictions provided by this Code.
Annulment and divorce are two forms of law that can destroy a marriage. It is an act of the two people being enclosed to a marriage where they want to stop their relationship for some reasons. But before the marriage will happen both sides must get their marriage license it is a document that gives the two people the permission to get married. Both man and woman must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or a judge if younger, it is one of the requirements if an individual wants to get married.
Marriage law was implemented by church because it is posted on the bible that two persons must undergo a ceremony or ritual before creating a family, it is said that if a woman gets pregnant she is sitting on the chair of sin. That’s the main reason why both parties must get married before creating their own family, now a days it is very common that a teen ager gets pregnant so the marriage law is being implemented to make something’s right when they think they have committed a huge mistake. But just make sure that marriage is not about being a woman gets pregnant on her early age you cannot force someone to get involve to a marriage if they don’t love each other. Love and trust are the two main factors that a marriage life is working well. Marriage law is a legal requirement of two individuals who are willing to have a lifetime attachment to their partners.
