Being hired as the new Chief Executive Officer of a billion dollar company is no easy task at all, one man is perfectly aware of how rigorous yet very rewarding this responsibility this is. His name is no other than Charles Phillips Infor, he is the CEO of the largest franchisee of ERP Software in the entire world called Infor, and additionally he is also the man responsible for bringing in the greater success to the company. Charles has years of garnished experience and extensive training in the real of Information Technology, he is widely respected and recognized as one of the most prominent minds of his time. But Charles didn’t just become CEO of a company overnight, in his earlier years as a student; he had his mind set on expanding his knowledge by committing a lot of years in studies. As a student, Charles was focused on absorbing all information possible, his first degree was from the United States Air Force Academy, and this is where he received his diploma in Major in BS Computer Science. He however, was still not satisfied with his degree, he wanted to learn more, thus he studied again in two different schools, and he received another diploma in Hampton University for the MBA Degree and the New York Law School for the JD Degree.

Aside from having the Charles Phillips Infor title, he was also in the servitude for his nation in his earlier years. Charles served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, but he didn’t stay long there however. His passion is really all about Information Technology, and he was really eager to test his skills and what he has learned trough the years and apply it in the real business world. His first employment was in Morgan Stanley, he was the Managing Director for the brand, also after finishing his time in Morgan he transferred to other institutions to work also as a Director. The Jazz at Lincoln Center, The American Museum of Natural History and the Viacom Company are the entities where he honed his talent and skills as a Director.

But it was his time in Wall Street that changed everything, while Charles was working for various banking institutions there, a company saw a great deal of potential in his performance. It was then that Oracle plucked him from his current employment off to becoming their Vice President for business software developments, strategic campaigns and other types of partnership programs. After a year, Charles was promoted from Vice President to President of Oracle, and after seven long years working for the company, Phillips transferred to Infor to be recognized as Mr. Charles Phillips Infor of today.
