Is it possible to grow taller at any age? The answer is yes. There are a couple of ways to grow taller but you will have to work at it. Now of course this isn’t going to happen overnight and if you expect this you might as well not even try it. In this article I am going to discuss a couple of ways to grow taller after puberty. Let’s get started.

The first one that I am going to discuss is exercising. Stretching everyday will help lengthen your body and also make you more flexible which is another benefit. A couple of stretches that you can perform are listed below

  1. Yoga - Not only will yoga help you gain inches but it will also help you with your energy levels as well by bringing in good energy and releasing the bad energy.

  2. Cat Stretch – Get down on your hands and knees and bring your torso in and out while you perform the stretch.

  3. Leg stretch – This is pretty basic. You can do this either sitting or standing and make sure you do not bounce as that could cause injury.

  4. Shoulder Shrug – Either sitting or standing shrug your shoulder back and forth and a basic motion. You can add weight by holding dumbbells to create more resistance.

These are just a couple of exercises to increase your height. There are plenty more but I just wanted to help you get some ideas of where to start. Not only will these exercises help you gain inches but they will also help you in other areas of your health. They will also help you will your posture by aligning your spine. Do these every day in the morning and before you go to bed to get the best results.

Another way to help increase your height is your diet. I know you probably weren’t expecting that but don’t over estimate it. Why do you think we have our kids drink a ton of milk? It makes their bones stronger and somewhere down the path adults tend to forget about that. Adding more calcium foods to your diet will not only help you increase your height but it will also make you healthier and most likely live longer.
