A public kiosk or else called an interactive kiosk is a PC device, used to streamline customer service, saving the amount of working hours of your employees, spent on it. There are several different kinds of such kiosks available and they are created and used for different purposes.

A standard interactive kiosk has a display, a keyboard; it may be equipped with a touch screen, too. It also may have a communication device and microphone with speakers. It may have bank terminal in it.
