All these interactive kiosk work on a contract basis for the maintenance, they need a constant upgrade of software and applications. The reliability factor is the most important aspect of public kiosk as people are depending on the kiosks for the actions. The security of an kiosk is also a big question one has to think when it comes to the public kiosks. There are levels of security as if physical security for the entire box is important.
