Making your 6-pack visible can only be done one way, you have to reduce the amount of fat around your middle. Ultimately, we all grow older and for men gaining belly fat seems inexcapable. I think that we all know that we can't just work one part of the body to lose weight. It just doesn't work that way. If you want to lose weight, you must work the whole body, not just part of it. Getting healthy takes time, but when you reach your weight loss goal, you will wonder why you didn't start sooner.
