If the smoking dependence is just a trammel, and you can count it is, the only path to run away from it is knowing how to do that!
Why do people fall in this addiction?
Only knowing this we can understand...
As soon as a smoker realizes why he/she has chosen to start, he/she turns in a happy non-smoker.
I smoked for 20 years, trying to stop 5 times with no fortune, I truly was convinced that this dependence could cause me to pass away from it!
Really I was go downing gravely and extremely into the entrapment.
Each time, of course, I failed to stop. In my mind the sense that "bring to an end smoking" is not possible, grew terrifically.
In the end, one day, all that studying and researching the result to my problem paid off and a new cognizance about the whole smoking addiction start to grew in my mind.
But, how is it possible that so many people smoke?
Why am I smoking?
This was the day my dependency to nicotine finally ended! This was my first day as a happy non-smoker!
There is NO cause why I smoked for all these years, stupid, upsetting, easy...
So many people smoke, I was not special, no particular cause...
How could be that a human being is so stunned to kill himself slowly and in a such disgusting way, spending at the same time a lot to do that?
If we seek to find a explanation we cannot...
Knowing very well the mindset of a smoker such things as:
I love to smoke
I want to smoke
I have just intoxicated my lungs, if I reduce the number of cigarettes without quitting completely
will make no difference
It is hard to stop, even more in "this" particular period of my life
Smoking provokes cancer... good everybody has to die of something sooner or later
Are so evidently lies, made up from the smokers to try to apologize for their own choice!
The reality is that smoking is something we have to oblige our body to admit...no one, he acknowledges it or not, is happy to intoxicate himself spending a lot of money to do that!
The query is all in that:
What is at the basis of the smoking addiction?
Just one conclusion:
So many people are smoking!
Even if I was, and I am now, a person that does not care to observe the tendency...
The society's patterns are so mighty to coerce somebody to do something without he could be cognizant not even to do that!
So, we not even acknowledge that, but in reality, today, our choices are so much misrepresented that we cannot seriously speak of "freedom of opinion".
In reality, the outcome of the nicotine, as a drug, will assure that this mental conviction will grows potently.
The smoking dependence, I mean the chemical one, can be cut out very fast!
In just 3 weeks your metabolism will be entirely wash from the nicotine residuary, the back down phase could be surmount with no travail, because the back down trouble are truly soft, and so the only thing will happen is that you'll enjoy a truly new life, with so much more money in... your pocket!
If you look inside yourself, you'll see directly that all these reasonable apologies are no longer reasonable, you were trying to justify your choice to smoke, and you did it lying to everyone, primarily to yourself.
I mean, sometime we commence to smoke, as teenagers I mean, only to impress our group, or to do something taboo, or worst only because everyone else was doing that, but after 20 years, I am surely, that basis is no longer so significant anymore.
So far, the only thing that persist is our fear to quit smoking itself.
Again, this is a model we receive from the society...
Always the society model says something like:
"I know it is difficult, just please try to cease for me... "
Do you understand why does this happen?
Everybody is convinced that quit smoking is difficult...
What a... ?
Here is the illusion! No one think something diverse! But even if everybody thinks that...
... Why are there so many human beings that are non-smokers?
... Why are there so many human beings that in reality DO stop smoking?
... Why was I lastly capable to quit smoking, and this time I did it with no effort at all??
Because, stop smoking is effortlessly, simply our mind produces so much fear to stop for real, that we essentially are no longer capable to do it!
So, of what I was truly afraid?
... No longer waste all that cash?
... Cut off to be the nicotine puppet?
... Not at all be concerned again by some very hard illness?
Not at all...
Then... why do people smoke?
In fact I no longer comprehend, and this consciousness, makes me a pleased non-smoker!
