When most people hear the word "hypnosis" it makes them a bit scared, and they want nothing to do with it. The reason for that response is because, they are asking "what is hypnosis" and that tells me that they don’t even have a clue on what hypnosis really is, and the term "hypnosis" is often mystified, miss-understood, that why it gets a bad rap or which is over complicated. What it is, is intents full body relaxation and heightened imagination, a trance like condition, induced by series of preliminary instructions and suggestions, however, in fact most people experience a series of moderate hypnotic state throughout each and every day when they are not a sleep. You ask how and when? As we concentrate carefully with controlled focus on thoughts and suggestions along with blocking everything else out, or when your mind start to space out or roam. The act of fantasizing, letting your mind drifts into its own little world of trances. Now for the ones that blows everybody mind, having a hard time to except is, while driving a car, watching TV and listening to your favorite music, is just to name a few because the list goes on. I hope I help you with your question "what is hypnosis" and you can see it as being very safe and natural.
They are all instances of a state of "hypnosis", plus they are all natural and safe. When you go into hypnosis, your brain becomes stimulated using form of what I like to call it brain entertainment, and that could be music, voice or them combined (is the most common way) to put you into one of these mild state/trance purposefully, with the aim of sending positive hypnotic suggestions or affirmations directly into your subconscious mind.
Hypnotic state is far from being asleep or unaware of what’s going on around you, ok you ask "what is hypnosis" then, hypnosis is a wakeful semi-conscious here and knows everything that is going on type of state of mind. When you are both deeply relaxed, and your body is warm, tingly sensation feeling, yet you have an increased level of suggestibility as well as a centered consciousness. It is because of this heightened state of mind (alpha) that you can use hypnosis to make changes to unwanted habits, yourself beliefs, patterns of positive thinking and even control your life in a much more positive direction, safely and naturally.
You can achieve many positive benefits from doing hypnosis; you can stop bad habits like, procrastination, stop smoking, bad eating habits and just about any other bad habit you can think of that you wish to eliminate from your charter. Also you can create new positive habits like wealth creation, healthier mind and body, be a positive thinker and also just about any positive habit you wish to make a part of your character.
