What Is a Skin Mole?
Moles are probably the most common of ordinary skin growths. They are the result of a high concentration of melanocytes, growing in clusters in the outer surface epidermis (skin). Melanocytes are a special kind of cells, producing melanin which is the pigmented substance responsible for skin and hair color, and the darker color of skin when we are exposed to sunlight.
Moles that keep changing appearance should be monitored as some Moles can be cancerous moles. If the mole is in a hard to examine part of the body; e.g. back, back of the neck etc. you will need to enlist the assistance of your partner or a good friend - using the same person each time will help you to get more accurate feedback on the findings.
Moles are usually non-cancerous, however if you notice changes such as bleeding, itching, oozing, or pain, you should take this as a warning sign that something is wrong. Melanoma is a dangerous form of skin cancer that should not be taken lightly, especially if you live in an area that has predominant sunlight during the year, such as the desert. You should consult a Physician immediately if you notice any or all of the above changes to a skin mole.
What Is A Skin Tag?
Skin Tags are benign growths of skin that look like a small pieces of soft, hanging skin. These minute protrusions of the skin are harmless and particularly straightforward to remove.
A skin tag is a flap of tissue connected by a stalk. They are generally found on the neck, chest, back, armpits, under the breasts, or in the groin area, and appear most often in women and in elderly people.
Whilst skin tags may in the main be harmless they are still unsightly appendages which can cause great anxiety to the sufferer.
A skin tag is usually treated by either cutting it off with a scalpel or scissors, cryotherapy (freezing it off) or electrosurgery (burning it off with an electric current)
If you have moles, skin tags or warts and want to remove them there are alternative methods and treatments that you can do from home. Moles Warts Skin Tags Removal is an all-natural, non surgical system that will help you get rid of these skin deformities, easily. It's an alternative to expensive surgery and freezing treatments that are widely used today. This is a very safe home treatment product as it contains all natural ingredients with consistent results usually within 3 days of use for mole, skin tags and wart removal.
