The Spiritual Path is the journey where we, as individuals, realise our true selves. We explore an understanding about Divine Nature, and our union with Nature. While walking this path we gain experiences and learn our lessons that teach us, as individuals about our selves, our lives, and our place in the Divine Nature.
The starting point of our journey on the Spiritual Path is quiet effortless and spontaneous. Just by thinking about our Self-improvement and having an earnest desire to seek our spirituality, we have already started walking on this path. The Nature, both internal and external, listens and responds to all our words, thoughts and emotions. The Nature helps us in our everyday lives and fulfills all our wishes. All we need is an honest heart and a receptive mind. The Mother Nature then starts reveals herself by showing us signs. She indicates to us that she has heard our inner Self and is responding to our call.
The Divine Nature communicates with us through signs that we need to follow. To understand these signs we have to be aware and attentive. We have to keep our senses open. The Nature is always there for us to answer our questions, clear our doubts. We may see, hear, smell or feel certain things that may have our answers hidden in them.
The Mother Nature will make numerous attempts to communicate with us, in her varied ways. We have to look for patters that are emerging in our everyday lives. We need to observe these patterns with an attentive and open-mind. The moment we start recognising these patterns and understanding Nature’s dialogues, our Self-improvement begins. Divine Nature reveals herself to us, she begins to unfold a whole new world to us. With an open-mind, we just have to relax observe the signs. It actually is effortless and spontaneous. We must have a balanced mind and a pure heart to interpret the signs correctly. Our disturbed emotions or mental restlessness often distorts our understanding. We must be as balanced as possible. Being humans, with our past conditionings, we may falter initially. But gradually we will learn to interpret the signs the way they are meant to be.
The journey on the Spiritual Path, however simple, is not to be taken lightly. It needs a determined effort. The Mother Nature guides us through experiences, but these experiences could be both good and bad. In the long run both these experiences are for our good. The Nature gives us painful and scary experiences only to help us, to purify us, to remove our fears, to sever our emotional and mental attachments, and to liberate us.
The Spiritual Path is a journey to be taken alone. No-one can join us or influence us in this matter. The Divine Nature, both internal and external, is the only authority in this regard. Throughout our journey she guides us and teaches us what we need to know. Following her guidance with faith and determination, our inner Nature, eventually, unites with the Mother Nature, and we are liberated. The Spiritual Path is indeed effortless.
Self Improvement as well as Self Development means realizing your full potential and attaining success as well as attaining happiness and peace of mind. It is also said, that among all knowledge, there is one that all of us should know, and that is KNOW THYSELF. For more information visit: www.booksonspirituality.com
