An herb that is normally a body tonic is Ginseng, but it has other uses as well, such as hair health.

If you analyze your life and medical history (and if hair loss runs in your family), you should be able to find out why you're facing this issue. If your hair loss is a mystery to you, don't guess but consult with a doctor who can give you an accurate diagnosis.
