Whether they are experiencing high levels of stress at home, at work, or just in life in general, this is what motivates them to do irrational things. When people get to the point where they are overstressed, that's when things can go very wrong. These people may have an emotional breakdown, and this negativity results in the bad things that happen.

Some might lose their position after company because of making an inappropriate comment. It's hard enough working with the stress, but in these situations you have to maintain calm and composure when you're at work. The curious thought about stress is that it's always been around since the beginning. People simply can't get rid of stress by waving a magic wand - it is part of our everyday lives.
