4 Steps to Manifesting Using The Law Of Attraction

Manifest - Display or show (a quality or feeling) by one's acts or appearance.

How do you "manifest what you want"? Practice the Law of Attraction! That which you give your thoughts and attention to is what you will begin to invite into your life. By using the Law of Attraction, when you think a little thought about what you want, that thought grows bigger and stronger. Also, when you think about what you do not want, that thought also become larger and stronger. Whatever you give the most attention to, either positive or negative, is the driving force of the Law of Attraction. The larger the thought, the more power it draws unto it, and the more certain you are to receive what you are thinking out.

Getting StartedManifesting The Law of Attraction in your Life

Life coach and author Heather Matthews suggests the following, "energy attracts energy". Use the following four steps to get started attracting more of what you want in your life.

  • You are what you think. Choose thoughts that are in tune to your true self. You will attract the things you think about most often. Think it and receive it!

  • You are what you feel. Your feelings are giving you immediate feedback on the types of thoughts you’re choosing. To experience good feelings, choose good thoughts. Notice that I use the word "choose" here because your thoughts are a choice. You have absolute control over what you choose to think.

  • You are what you see. How you see yourself, your life, and those you choose to surround yourself with will ultimately frame how you think ... which controls what you attract ... which controls the quality, happiness, and fulfillment of your life. There is simple wisdom in the common saying, "Look on the bright side." Looking on the bright side of life and finding the positive will help keep your energy and vibrations positive.

  • You are what you vibrate. Like energy attracts like energy. The energy you put out is transmitted into the Universe – where it begins to attract similar energies - via different vibrational frequencies. Express more of who you are and what you’re all about. Explore and follow what’s in your heart. Explore and follow all passions. Say yes to yourself more often.

In the attraction based Universe, there is no such thing as exclusion. When you say yes to something you want, you are inviting it into your life through your thoughts about it. This also applies to the opposite experience you do not wan. If you say, "No, no I do not want that!" through your attention to it you have invited that into your experience.

In the Law of Attraction, positive and negative thoughts are treated the similarly. Giving attention to the experience is what matters most. By putting you attention into something you have included it in your vibration. Do this long enough and the Law of Attraction will bring it into your experience as there is no such thing as "No."

To be clear, by putting your attention on what you do not want to happen, you are in fact actually calling it into your experience. Your attention to it says, "Yes, give me this thing I do not want!"

Why Wait?

With the Law of Attraction, things do not manifest in your life instantly. There is a time lag between when you think about something and when it manifests. This delay give you the opportunity to focus your attention more and more on what you really want to manifest in you life. Before your thought manifests (come into being), you can tell by the way you feel whether it is something you truly want. By continuing to give your attention to it, it will come to be.

Ask yourself if this has been your experience or not. While you may not have heard of the Law of Attraction, haven’t you noticed a correlation between what you are thinking and speaking and what you are getting in your life?

You have a choice in creating the world around you! The more you understand the 4 steps to manifesting using the Law of Attraction, the more control you will have in deliberately directing your thoughts; "what you think about, you bring about"!
