Many people usually ignore knee and hip pain, thinking that these are normal effects of aging. However, as years progress many people have reported intensified pains and begin to rely on some medication. In the long run they may end up doing certain activities that make them feel this kind of pain.
Whenever any part of your body swells or you are in pain, you may conclude that these are just signs of "wearing down" just like a vehicle does! You may even think that you are developing arthritis. It is important to note that our bodies are not constituted of small pieces which have been assembled together just like vehicles. Our bodies are made up of living cells which have to be strengthened on a daily basis by eating foods that are fully nourished.
According to the WHO report, about 12.9 million people died as a result of some form of heart disease. The world's body of cancer reports that about 8 million people die annually because of cancer. This is a worrying trend which has to be addressed if future lives are to safe and secured. It is important to note that cancer and the heart disease are only but a deadly manifestation of the chronic inflammation. Cancer and heart disease is one of the leading causes of premature deaths in most developed countries. These diseases are usually caused by the inflammatory foods list.
Research has however shown that we can avoid the risk of cancer and heart disease by making the correct lifestyle choices. The food that we eat on our day to day life tops the list of what we can do to address these problems. Whenever you eat anything you are either balancing anti inflammatory or pro inflammatory compounds in your body. You are basically tipping the scale from one end to the other. You ought to know the inflammatory foods list.
You need to eat to shift the balance in your favor by integrating more of the anti inflammatory and natural foods in your meal. Since it is a give and take situation, you also have to cut down on the foods that are known to promote inflammation. Some of the inflammatory foods list includes the sugars, common cooking oils, dairy products, trans fats, feedlot raised meat, processed and red meat, refined grains, alcohol and artificial food additives just but to mention a few.
Sugar
Sugar tops the inflammatory foods list. When you take excessive sugar in your diet, you are likely to suffer from chronic and inflammatory diseases such as type 2 diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome. It also causes tooth decay and acne. Sugars are found in the fruit drinks, soft drinks, pastries, snacks, candies, desserts and punches.
Cooking Oils
The most commonly used cooking oils in many restaurants and homes are high in omega 6 fatty acids and low in the omega 3 fatty acids. A diet with an imbalanced omega 3 to omega 6 ratio promotes inflammation. You will find these cooking oils in vegetable oils like the sunflower oils, safflower, cottonseed and grape seeds. Industrial vegetable oils also fall under the inflammatory foods list.
Dairy Products
The dairy products also fall under the inflammatory foods list. It is estimated that about 60% of the earth's population cannot digest milk. The ability to digest milk after the infancy stage is considered abnormal. The inability of milk to be digested in your body may as well trigger the inflammatory responses like diarrhea, hives, acne and stomach distress. You will find milk in all the dairy products like cheese and butter.
