This is a simple task that even someone who is new to computers can do.
First, open Finder on your MacBook by clicking on the icon in the taskbar. Click on “ Go ” in the top menu bar and then select “ Go to Folder .”
In the dialog box that appears, type “/Library ” and press Enter.
Locate the “ Caches ” folder, inside “ Library ”, and delete all the files and folders it contains.
Once this phase is completed, all you have to do is clear the cache for the current user.
