POINT 1: Make a list of the food which you will henceforth consume, providing you all the essential nutrients, with the least number of calories. Avoid all high fat food stuff. Eat plenty of fruits, raw vegetables along with fresh juices. Include lots of salads in your diet as they are low in calories and an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals.
POINT 2: Take a brisk walk for at least 30 to 40 minutes every day. Walking, link any other form of exercise plays an important role in one's weight reduction as it uses up calories stored in the body fat and relieves tension along with toning up the muscles of the body.
POINT 3: Restrict the intake of tea or coffee to a maximum of two cups per day. Though for best results, it is best to gradually eliminate them completely or switch to sugarless herbal teas as they do not contain calories.
POINT 4: Half an hour before a meal, drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice as this helps take the edge off your appetite. Do not drink any liquids while eating. It is best to drink a warm glass of water about 30 minutes after each meal.
