These bars are good, but not good for the first two weeks of the program it's because the number of carbs in the first 20 weeks everyday might easily place someone over with the wrong type of carbs. However, most people don't know this, and they are eating them early on their diet. This is stopping their weight loss, and that leads them to believe that this way of eating does not work when it in fact can be useful.

This will be good in the diet however; this might be a very practical thing to have around.
