Fear is the biggest obstacle for anyone who wants to create a better life for themselves and their families.
Fear does affect every single area of our daily lives. People are afraid of starting their own business. They are afraid of looking for a new job. They are scared to buy a new house. Maybe they are afraid of talking to other people.
What ever your fears are in your life, I am here to tell you that you can heal yourself from any of them.
How do you heal fear?
Well, the first thing that you want to do is to sit down and write down what you want to accomplish in life. Come up with stuff that you want to do but you are scared to take the first steps.
Once you write down your goals, also write down beside each one how you can accomplish the goal.
After you get this down on a piece of paper, the only thing that you should be doing to beat your fear is to take action on each one of your goals.
The remedy to healing any fears in your life is this:
ACTION cures FEAR.
This means that if you have a fear of starting a home business, for example, don't just think about it too much. Do your own research on what you will need to do to get started. Find out all the necessary things that you will need. Once you have all that, take the first steps. Don't think about it too much. When you start to think about all the negative things that can happen, you are really putting a block of bricks right in front of you.
You and your thoughts are the biggest obstacles to taking action and doing what you want to do in life. No one else can stop you from achieving your goals. You're the only one who holds yourself back simply because of fear.
You are always afraid of what will happen. "What will happen if I start a business? What if it doesn't work out for me? What if people don't buy what you are selling? What will people say? What if I lose lots of money and need to close down the business? What if my family does not support me?"
The "What Ifs" can hold you back and increase your fear.
I have personally faced my own fears. back in 2002, when I first started to look into an online home based business, I had this fear that I may not be able to succeed because I heard that many people who do start an online business never really make it. I was scared that I was going to be one of them. Because I faced my fear, and made a commitment to succeed, I am proud to say that after 4 straight years of failing online so badly ( I lost 1000's of dollars) today I am earning a nice full time income.
The one thing that I had to do is to change my mind set and think positively.
FEAR is your #1 enemy in life. Every idea or breakthrough that you will have in your life and in business will require you to overcome your FEAR. It is one of those unwanted monsters that is seating in the back of your mind and doesn't want to leave.
So what ever dreams you have in your life, face them, take action, and you too can beat your fears.
ACTION CURES FEAR.
