With fit body man can overcome any difficulties of his life. To start on a weight loss program, the things to keep in mind are:

Identify Your Motivations

Before starting on healthy path to weight loss, it is good idea to know reasons why you want to lose weight. By identifying motivations for weight loss, it will help in for diet plans.

Talk To Your Doctor

Seeking help of doctor is always important before starting this program. Avoid/limit alcohol (3-4 standard drinks/week) - it reduces you ability to lose fat as well as making it harder to resist temptation.

Exercise

Physical exercise is an essential part of any healthy weight loss plan. Exercise will help in burning excess calories and fat, and will also help to tone and build muscle. It is good to exercise daily. Start slowly with 30 minutes of exercise, three times a week. Try climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator, or get off the bus a stop early and walk to work.

Meals should be divided. Breakfast - egg. High fiber cereal with low fat milk, lunch egg. Whole meal sandwich with lean filling OR a salad with no fat dressing, dinner egg. Protein (meat, fish or poultry - carbohydrates. Always take good diet.

Intake of water should increase. Walking, cycling, swimming and breathing exercise are very beneficial in weight loosing. Never eat too much or too low. Diet should always be moderate. By keeping these few things weight can be loose easily. Always be happy and think positive. After all wants to look beautiful.
