Whenever you imagine of loosing weight, the very first things that probably come to your mind are either those "lose weight ASAP!" write-ups that are in almost every magazine and journal in the world that never work and are written by some personal training idiots who don’t have any knowledge of what they're talking about... or possibly you're thinking of all of those weight suppressant pills that claim to be safe and that which allows you to "consume whatever you want and still lose weight because the pill will do all of the work for you" or anything stupid line they are using to get you to buy their useless unsafe weight suppressant product.

The strategy for loosing weight is quite simple and easy. One should burn more calories then he/she consume. If one can completely comprehend that then he is surely on his way to losing weight. However, there are some few effective suggestions for loosing weight.

The obese person should always count the calories consumed by him everyday. Yes, that the only way to get started. As soon as you wake up and eat anything on your platter, just remember to count the calories in everything you eat and everything you drink and keep track of it on a piece of paper or on the computer.

There might be times, which you might be thinking to yourself, "yeah, I'm not going to sit around counting calories all day." But then in case if you are thinking that ways then you're obviously not dedicated enough to losing weight and if this is the case, then please feel free to go and waste your money on the newest useless weight loss pill. But just don’t hate the weight loss suppressants already prescribed by your doctor, if the weight loss pills are Didrex, Adipex, Meridia, Phentermine or Phendimetrazine, then you should definitely consume them as they give good results along with your dieting.

Therefore, the essence is that it is just a game of consciousness, once you become conscious of what you are eating and try taking out 10 minutes out of your day and count the calories, then you would just watch in few days your weighing machine smiling at you.

As an alternative of eating three big meals a day or eating all day all the time, just spread those consumptions over 5 smaller meals. Try to eat one meal every 2 and a half to 3 hours.
