The reason you will become successful is not because of the program, but the training. When you start up a profitable home based business, you need to learn how to market it. A sponsor is someone who will teach you the ropes and help you learn how to build your home based business. The first step you should take after starting up your home business is find someone to teach you. Success comes to those who dedicate their time to mastering a system. One of the main reasons people fail in network marketing is because they don't take the time to learn the business. How can you expect to make a massive income when you don't even know how to market the product. Find a mentor!

2. Find your reasons!

It is your reason, your goal and your why, that will get you through the hard times. It is your reasons that will push you forward. There will be times when you don't want to build your home based business. There will be low points when you want to turn on the T.V. and not send your prospects e-mails. It does not matter what the excuse is, it is your reasons that will get you through those times and give you the power to take the steps that are required.

3. Heart and passion!

People often ask "what is network marketing"? Network marketing is heart and passion. If you put effort into your profitable home based business you will quickly watch your success grow. What does it take to build a home based business? It takes everything you have got. Isn't this the case in every business? If you look at anyone who has become a huge success, anyone who has inspired others, anyone who has produced results, did it not it take everything they had?

4. Helping others!

Network marketing is unlike any conventional business. In a conventional business you need to defeat your competition and push people out of the way to make money. Network marketing is all about helping other people succeed. When someone in your down line succeeds, so do you. You will only start to make money when you realise that helping other people build their home based business is beneficial to you.

5. Staying with your program!

Many in the network marketing industry are guilty of what’s know as "program hopping". When they fail to see any success with a program after a few weeks, they jump to another program and the cycle continues. You must commit yourself to the system. Times will get tough. You have to stay focused, use the advice you get from your sponsor and steadily build your home business. It will not happen overnight! Stay in constant contact with your sponsor and use the training you are provided with your system to build your profitable home based business.

6. Self Restraint!

Before you go out and buy a service, have a look around at what people are saying about it. I know from personal experience that about 3/4 of all products in network marketing are useless and are only designed as a piece of matter to bring in money for the seller. Very few actually have useful content. Even though the product might say it has all the secrets, chances are it does not, your sponsor does, so ask around.
