When it comes to selling your home - you want to make sure you get the "right person". But what's more, you want to make sure that you get the most money out of your home (profits) without cutting into fees for agents. One website I found online will actually allow you to list your home(s) for sale on the same local Realtors MLS and many other real estate websites. This is a great way to go about finding the people you need to find in order to sell your house. They also provide listing contracts, answers to real estate questions, yard signs, etc.
It's a low cost flat fee package that you the seller can buy. So they don't just help you figure out the best way to sell your home - but they tools on how to go about it the best way - it's almost like a guarantee of sorts. I did a quick search on Florida and this is what they have for in the package:
Florida Low Cost MLS Listing Package: $344
Your Florida Low Cost MLS Listing package includes the following items:
Listing in the local Realtors MLS, maximum photos in the MLS, for up to six months!
Realtor.com listing + hundreds of the Real Estate Internet Websites!
Listing Paperwork: Sales Contracts, and State required Property Disclosures!
Answers to Real Estate Questions!
Free changes, and price reductions!
Yard Sign - "Buyers Agent" Friendly, includes a place for your telephone number!
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - Used By All Realtors:
Emerald Coast, Bay, Pensacola, Tallahassee, Northeast Florida, Suncoast, Mid-Florida Regional, Daytona, Heartland, Citrus, Brevard, Regional, South East Florida Regional.
They also have about seventy two counties, a hundred or so towns and cities and on top of that there are also associations as well. Getting trained on how to do something - by the pros. It will in turn make you a pro - that's what it's for!
I think if you follow all the guidelines on these flat fee realty sites you really should be able to sell your home for the price you want and for the price you deserve. No one likes having to sell their house for hundreds of thousands of dollars under the listed price - and with something like this added to your artillery hopefully now you won't have to! If you check out different MLS sites - make sure it's a good one.
There are a few different choices available to you out there. Some of these sites are awesome - very honest and straightforward. Others? Not so much. So just try to find one that has a good price package, has helpful information, and will allow you to do what you need to do - which is sell your house!
You can also use this service for other cities and states as well. As long as it resides in the North American region!
