Your body needs better oxygen consumption, fluid intake and the right amount of rest to make your natural weight loss plan a success. Your dinner should not be heavy and should be consumed 3 hours before you go to sleep. Your time for sleeping and waking up should be fixed. If you find it difficult to go to sleep, read a soothing book that allows you to drift off to sleep or listen to soothing chants. Do not enter into arguments or fights before you sleep since this will affect the quality of sleep. Do not watch noisy or violent programs before sleep. Treat the time before your body takes rest as a winding down time and allow your mind to rest. Avoid the use of sleeping pills and other medicines to get rest.
