     Supplements for mass gain (bodybuilding), fat loss, post and pre workout nutrition, hormone boost and nitric oxide are nowadays so commonly available and utilized by the average fitness enthusiast that they seem to be essential for all of us to buy and consume if we were at all serious about achieving our goals. 

However, none of these expensive brand name supplements are totally necessary for achieving the results, which we desire. In fact, 97 of result achievement may require supplements but do not rush for them before you have maximized your gains from the ''real deal'' of the matter. In fact when you have capitalized your gains from your training, nutrition and rest you may not even feel the necessity for consuming expensive supplements.

Most people entering body building or fat loss program are low on motivation, unwilling to work out hard for a long time and expect unrealistic results from their respective programs. So, when they are not achieving the miraculous results they dreamed for, they take expensive and often useless supplements to aid in their goal thinking that these are missing vital links required for the redemption of their goals.

But in reality they are nothing more than ordinary compounds, (which are long in use) whose exact composition is never revealed, claiming that a patent is pending for the same.

Or, they may contain useful biological compounds, but in such less quantity that it will have no effect on your physique, unless you consume them in mega doses, which is obviously far more expensive and not always advisable.

Supplement companies hiding their composition, which often actually contain ordinary tea, leaves, herbs which are claimed to be having medicine-like properties. These companies run widely publicized and popular bodybuilding and fitness magazines and also place their ads on other newspapers and journals. So nobody reveals the truth about their effectiveness as fat burner, muscle builder or hormone booster.

In fact well-known natural bodybuilders and fitness model competitors do no at all depend upon these brand name supplements with varied composition to give them their results. They rely on their training and few basic inexpensive supplements like Whey protein, Creatine, liquid amino acid, L-glutamine and multi vitamin multi mineral oral doses.

These supplements have stood test of time and long clinical trials have proved their effectiveness beyond doubt. They also have minimum or no possible side effects when used within the recommended dose limits.
