CALORIES AND WEIGHT LOSS PLANS

Now when a person is considering losing weight one of the

first things we think about is what weight plan to choose?

Do we choose one counting calories or counting

carbohydrates? Do we go with a strict exercise plan? Hmmm,

so many weight plans to choose, and so little time.

Calories, how many do I take-in to lose weight? First, all

weight loss plans will tell you to burn more calories than

you consume. So how many calories does it take to burn off

one pound of fat? The literature suggests to lose one pound

of fat a person must burn at least 3500 calories. That’s a

lot of calories. Some people will supersize that much or

more in one sitting.

Most weight loss experts suggest a slow weight loss

regiment. Lose weight over time to keep it off. Low Fat

Lifestyle suggests, "If you reduce your calorie intake by 300 calories a day and increase

your activity to burn 200 extra calories per day"

A person will lose weight every week.

It makes sense the lees calories you consume the less you

have to burn to lose weight. One important point with most

of the weight loss plans is basically to move. Get off of

our bark-a -loungers and get moving. Womens-Health has a

list of activities and how many calories get burned. For

example; sleeping burns 50 calories. Jumping rope burns

around 700 calories per hour.

Of course one other area has to be considered; people’s

metabolism rate. Everyone is different. This is why some

people lose weight faster than others. What if a person has

a low metabolism rate? Some experts agree that a person

should eat at least six small meals a day to gain a high

metabolism rate. Again the key here according to effective

weight loss plans is to monitor what type of foods we eat.

Eat lean chicken instead of red meat. It comes down to the

choices we make when comes to the foods we eat. I am sure

you have heard the say, "If you want to be thin do what

thin people do."

We are all different. I know a person who works outs like

crazy. She uses a trainer and a nutritionist to help with

diet. After two years she still has not loss much weight.

Her Body Mass Index (BMI} is normal, Blood pressure normal,

Glucose level normal. And she runs 3miles a day utilizing

high intensity weight training. I have never seen anyone

work so hard and gain so little. I have introduced her to a

system to hopefully help her gain the results she deserves.

Interestingly enough her doctors are amazed at what good

shape she is in aside from the weight.

Now in choosing a weight loss plan I would like to

recommend STRIP THAT FAT. This system concentrates on

losing fat not excess water. Click the link below, and use
