Llandudno is situated on the coast of North Wales, in Gwynedd. It is a seaside resort which is traditionally Victorian as it was specifically built in the mid-Victorian era. Llandudno has a crescent shaped shoreline lined with lots of hotels for its visiting guest to stay at.

The Great Orme in Llandudno is a large limestone situated at the top of town. Here you can access the summit on the tram which was built in 1902 or on the cable cars. At the summit of the Orme there are fantastic views, with a children’s play area, café and information centre. Also on the summit of the great Orme are the copper mines of the Bronze Age. On the other side of The Great Orme is the Ski slope, one of the only two in North Wales, and one of the longest running ski slopes in the UK, situated next to a pub. Here a visitor can spend and enjoy the whole day exploring the Orme and its history.

In the main town of Llandudno a visitor can enjoy Llandudno’s famous shops. Llandudno is traditionally Victorian and its shops are situated in beautiful Victorian buildings which have been around since Llandudno was built. These shops include high street names and banks but also traditional Welsh shops selling local souvenirs and products for the visitor to enjoy. Just outside of Llandudno is Llandudno’s new shopping Retail Park called Park Llandudno. Here the latest high street shops are offered, so you can buy the latest UK fashion.

Llandudno’s beautiful shoreline has a lot to offer its visitors. The shoreline has a large promenade that stretches across it leading to The Victorian Pier. In the summer season there are lots of things going on along the promenade for tourists but also the Victorian pier is thriving with entertainment. On the other side of Llandudno is its quiet neighbouring town of the West Shore. Here a visitor can enjoy a quieter visit to its cafes on the coast or visit the beach. West Shore has a beautiful beach which stretches to the River Conwy estuary with views of Conwy castle and the North Wales coast right to Anglesey.
