Television in Black and White is a thing of the past, not to mention that the bigger you wanted your screen - with the traditional Black and White TV, the bigger and bulkier the TV and space needed to place it. Then came LCD monitors offering HD TV (High Definition). LCD Flat Screen TV’s look good anywhere, with the many different stands of fashion (Entertainment Centers) and wall mounting techniques, today’s flat screen TV will compliment any room or surroundings, it like a piece of art, just plug it in and enjoy.
High definition TV gives you a crystal clear picture and High Resolution with the illusion of actually being part of the show which is considered the next best thing to going to the movies. You’ll find more and more LCD TVs in homes across America, whether it’s in the Living Room, Dinning Area, Kitchen, even the Bedroom and Bath Room. LCD Televisions are most popular in basements as a home theatre, there are many brands to choose from including Sanyo LCD TV, Toshiba TV, Vizio TV, Phillips TV, and Sanyo TV just to mention a few.
Phillips, Toshiba and Sanyo has been around for years manufacturing TV’s, LCD Flat Screens and LCD Monitors, Vizio seems to be the new kid on the block, it seems like they came from out of know where and made a presence, don’t get me wrong, the Visio Television’s are up to par in hanging with the Grandfathers of Television, each unique in there own way. When shopping for a LCD Flat Screen TV whether you choose Phillips, Sanyo, Toshiba or Visio, the only thing you need to be sure of is the native pixel resolution, this is what decides the quality of the picture, the native pixel resolution should be at least 720p or 1080p, when shopping for a LCD TV these numbers are usually displayed on the TV itself, if you want higher quality, a higher resolution is required.
The greatest thing about the LCD TVs is that they are energy efficient, these days, that’s something definitely to rave about, not only do you get beauty in a box you also save money on the usage. LCD TV’s are also great for computer games, imagine playing a space or fighter game, that wide screen TV will give you the feeling of really competing and defeating your component.
Remember the days of watching NFL Football on a 9" TV, sometimes you had trouble deciding who had the ball, defense or offense. Today’s Television watching makes that 9" TV a dirty little secret, we’ve replaced it with a LCD Flat screen TV with high resolution in HD, which changed the entire meaning of watching a football game, you see every play as if you were right there at the 50 yard line, now that’s worth the investment.
