Why You Should Use Natural Antibiotics
Everyone is familiar with prescription antibiotics and most of us in the industrialized countries have taken some form of them at one time or another.
However, like many drugs, serious side effects are later revealed.
Sometimes these side effects become apparent quickly and in other case, such as antibiotics, it takes years for the truth to come out.
The problem comes in when a large dose of prescription antibiotics is taken or smaller does are taken regularly.
Why?
Prescription antibiotics kill not just the unfriendly bacteria but also the good bacteria and the good bacteria are not just helpful, they are absolutely essential to good digestion, good health and a strong immune system.
The estimates vary from 40-80% regarding the role the digestive system plays in good immune function, but the bottom line is that no one can have a high level of immunity if their digestion isn't efficient.
When a large dose or continued small doses of prescription antibiotics are taken, the good/bad bacteria balance in the digestive system is upset to the point where the bad bacteria take over.
This can lead to so many different problems that we don't have enough space to list them all, but some examples are yeast infection (male or female), bladder infection, digestive problems (diverticulitis, IBS, Crohn's disease), blood sugar problems, brain fog, hormone imbalance, mood swings, rashes, and other skin problems, mental problems such as ADHD and the list goes on including degenerative diseases.
Many of these problems are greatly intensified by the overgrowth of yeast (Candida) and so can be called symptoms of a yeast infection or Candida symptoms. However, that doesn't mean that because you have any of these symptoms, you automatically have a sever yeast infection. You can have a poor good/bad bacteria balance and still not have a severe yeast infection.
A poor diet adds to the problem and many people will crave the wrong foods and not understand why. This also leads to worse health and weight gain.
This good/bad bacteria problem caused by prescription drugs became more well known thru the studies of Doctor William Crook, which is unusual since the medical community is still relatively close minded and in the dark about this drug/yeast connection.
However, there are now more medical doctors open to this information and any good natural practitioner is well aware of this connection today. Also, it is not just a problem with prescription antibiotics, but pharmaceutical drugs in general. Even constant use of over the counter drugs such as common painkillers can cause this digestive balance to be upset and cause problems that perplex many medical doctors.
Although Dr. Crooks treatment was correcting the diet, this was not always successful for many people, especially those with a severe yeast (Candida) problem.
Natural treatments have come a long way since then and there are now natural treatments that are very effective at killing the yeast and reestablishing the proper bacteria balance in the digestive system.
A good probiotic is essential to reestablish the proper bacteria balance because just killing the yeast and bad bacteria will not reestablish this balance. If the good bacteria (probiotics) are not reestablished, the bad ones will take over again.
This is the problem with doctors who have used prescription drugs to try to get rid of candida - the yeast infection keeps reoccurring because the beneficial bacteria have never been reestablished so that they become dominant over the bad bacteria in the digestive tract.
A super formulation of probiotics is essential for this and can help to turn your health around dramatically in combination with a good yeast/bacteria killer.
Also, a natural bacteria formula should contain a combination of powerful antibiotic herbals since no natural bacteria killer will take care of all varieties of pathogens. A good example is garlic; garlic will neutralize most varieties of harmful bacteria but not every variety. This also applies to prescription antibiotics - different antibiotics are used for different types of pathogens.
Combining a few super powerful, natural antibacterial agents will ensure that all unfriendly bacteria are eliminated.
Another very important thing to consider is that using natural antibacterials won't upset your digestive balance like prescription drugs - natural antibiotics focus on anaerobic bacteria and most harmful bacteria are anaerobic which means they are killed in the presence of oxygen. Most beneficial gut bacteria are aerobic (probiotics), which means they thrive in the presence of oxygen and most of these bacteria are not harmed by natural antibiotics.
