There are many more reasons of bad breath like postnasal drip, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, respiratory tract infections, and kidney or liver and digestive disorders. Mostly the main issue behind the bad breath is in mouth and it is generally caused due to the irregular dental hygiene and also dryness of mouth. Also the main causes of bad breath are food particles and dead cells in the mouth that caused due to the deficiency of oxygen such as back of tongue and also the deep gum pockets. There are many supplements that can cure bad breath but try to go for only natural remedies or homemade remedies.
This will help you without causing any side effects. Here are some home remedies which help to avoid bad breath
The very important step is to brush your teeth regularly twice a day. This will help you to remove the foul smell from your mouth which is caused by the bacteria. It is also very important to go for regular dental checkups this will help you to know the condition of the teeth.
The next home based remedy is to consume tea. This will helps you in reducing the bacteria in the mouth which are responsible for bad breath. Tea like green tea and black tea is very beneficial for removing bad odor of breath. Green tea or black tea is consists of polyphenols, this prevents the bad odor from the mouth caused by the bacteria.
Zinc is also very beneficial for curing bad breath. Try to make use of mouthwash that contains the zinc contents. Zinc occurs to directly neutralize malodorous sulfur compounds and also helps to improve the breath. It is easily available in the food stores or medical stores.
Make use of excess liquids like water, juices, soups, cucumber and so on because these liquids helps to keep your mouth moisten and it also helps to rebalance your health lemon oil. All these oils are very beneficial in reducing bad breath.
There are many herbs also which helps to remove the bad odor like rosemary, parsley. Spearmint and tarragon, these herbs help to freshen up your mouth. You can also chew one sprig of these herbs in your daily routine.
You can also make use of mouth wash which consists of essential oils like tea tree oil, peppermint oil and also lemon oil. This will helps you in reducing bad odor from the mouth.
Try to avoid potent foods like garlic, onions and different types of fish.
Eating of curd regularly for 6 weeks will help you to remove bad breath completely. You can also drink tea made up of fenugreek seeds.
Also make a solution of baking soda by adding water and do regular gargles from this solution. It can also clean the tongue. This is one of the excellent home based remedy to reduce the bad breath.
