What would you do if you really could get well from ITP Blood? Just imagine not having any of those little red dots under the skin, and not waking up in the morning with bleeding gums and bruises all over? You know what that means? It means that your platelets have gone under 30,000. They are probably much lower than that.
Well, If want you to know that it is possible to be free from this ITP blood (also known as Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura). And the solution is many times simpler than what you may think. But nature's solution is always simple. This is the reason why we ignore them. They are so simple. It just can't fit in our minds that a simple fruit like Blueberries can really make a difference in your ITP blood condition.
But what must be understood is that bad oxygen in your body is destroying your platelets by the thousands. And unless they are neutralized, these bad oxygen molecules will keep on creating havoc with your platelets.
So you need to include large amounts of antioxidant foods to keep these molecules under control. If you do add these foods to your diet, then you'll notice that your platelets not only will stop decreasing, but they will also increase to where they are supposed to be.
Your diet should be high in fruits, veggies of different colors and beans. Some of the foods highest in antioxidants are:
-
Blueberries as mentioned before
-
Strawberries
-
Red Kidney Beans
-
Pinto Beans
-
Carrots of course
-
Pomegranates
-
All Berries
Of course, this only attacks just one factor in this ITP blood disease. But many have been helped by just following these simple little recommendations.
Now don't just eat a few little berries and expect miracles! You must eat a good quantity on a daily basis to get the results needed.
Suggestion: An idea would be to eat at least 2 cups of blueberries a day. If you live in the northern states, many times blueberries are expensive. But if you go to the freezers in the supermarket, check out the section of pie making and you'll find frozen blueberries for a much lower price than fresh and they are still effective.
Louis Cruz has been researching natural alternatives for ITP for over 10
years. Thanks to this research, his mother and brother are in total remission
with no need to take any medications.
