Step 3 Next you will need an autoresponder to reply to the many people(hopefully) who opt-in on your domain. For reliability that subscribers (people who opt-in) are receiving replies, it is recommended you go and set up an IContact account. Your fee here is related to the number of subscribers and the number of messages.

Step 4 Set up an opt-in page. Also known as a squeeze page or landing page, this page is the first port of call. Here visitors may choose to leave an email address for you to contact them with the information you are offering or other related material. No email address, no further contact.

STEP 5 Drive traffic to your opt –in page. There are many options, both paid and free,for getting increasing numbers of visitors to view your opt-in page.
