• Day 4: This will be the only day when you can have bananas. You will be required to consume three glasses of milk and eight bananas. A special soup will also be combined which can be taken in limited amounts.
• Day 5: You are advised to eat tomatoes and beef. Ten ounce portions of beef should be combined with six tomatoes for your diet. You should drink at least one quarter of water to wash your system of the uric acid.
• Day 6: Sixth day will be a day of celebration. You can have unlimited amount of vegetables, beef or meat on this day.
• Day 7: On the seventh day, you are suggested to have fruit juices, brown rice along with all those vegetables you prefer to consume.
