Noida being the IT hub has grown at a really fast pace in the past couple of years. The city is the most sought after destination in Delhi/NCR and is preferred by IT professionals who come every year looking out for jobs here. The city has shown enormous growth in terms of infrastructure, lifestyle and has successfully allured people from all over India. Apart from that, its closed proximity to Delhi-NCR and extension of Delhi metro to Noida are like icing on the cake.

The city houses many knowledge parks, residential integrated townships and besides IT companies many BPOs, IT/ITES and other MNCs have set up their base here. That’s why many people are busy looking out for property in Noida. Many big realty players like Jaypee Greens, Ansal API, Parsvnath Developers, Omaxe, Unitech, Gaursons etc have invested in the city as it is promising good return on investments. Some of the upcoming new projects are in the city are as follows:

• Jaypee Kosmos by Jaypee Greens – This project is located at Sector 134 near Noida - Greater Noida expressway and is about 10 minutes drive from DND flyover. The project boasts of all basic amenities like 24 hrs power and water, social club, medical facilities, kids playing area and much more. The project will be ready by 2012 for possession and is a good option for people who are looking out for investment options.

• Jaypee Aman by Jaypee Greens – This is an affordable housing project and is located towards Greater Noida on the expressway. The project has apartments of various sizes and the smallest apartment covers 850 sqft of area and costs around Rs.19 Lakhs. The project will be ready for possession by 2012.

• Uni homes by Unitech Builders – This project comprises of 120 square yard and 192 square yd plots which will be located at Sector Mu, Greater Noida. The project will provide basic amenities like kids play area, community center with games room and multi purpose hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, gated community, round the clock security, fire safety provisions, food bazaar by Big Bazaar, ATM within the campus, banks nearby etc.

• Lotus Boulevard by 3C Company – This project claims to be the largest "green" housing project in India. The projects boasts of open space, energy saving lights, air and lighting in the apartments and a 2BHK apartment would cost around Rs 30 Lakhs.

Apart from these projects, there are other projects by builders like Gaursons which comprise of 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK in Gaur Grandeur in sector 119, 2BHK and 3BHK in Pavilion Heights by Jaypee Greens in sector 128, Noida, 3 BHK in sector 96 by Unitech builders.

Besides residential property, commercial property sales are also boasting in the city. According to a report the demand for commercial space in Nodia surged in first quarter of 2009 and about 4-5 million square feet of commercial space was consumed during first quarter which was higher than last quarter of the year 2008.
