FHTM Tips - 3 Way Calls and Why They Are Effective

We've discovered, after many years in this business, the most effective tool to build a thriving organization is the 3 way call. Paul Orberson and the FHTM leaders advocate using the 3 way call and offer FHTM Training.
Don't know what a 3 way call is? It is the credibility call you make when talking to a prospect. Your prospect will have the opportunity to listen objectively to a knowledgeable third party, one who is a leader with the ability to create excitement and momentum. As a result, your organization continues to be built by individuals with great enthusiasm and clarity.
New people to the Fortune business will find the 3 way call of great importance. It's great that new reps start their FHTM business with enthusiasm. Enthusiasm can lead to the 'motor mouth' syndrome when a new rep overdoes it. That's when you keep talking and talking and tell everything you know about FHTM. And at this time it probably isn't a lot. The prospect gets overwhelmed and just says 'no thanks'.
Fortune is the kind of business you 'show not tell'. Fortune has provided FHTM training which teaches all the tools necessary to 'Show the Business' so use them. Some of these tools are: audio, dvd, written, cd,, web based, etc, After your prospect has seen the plan is the time for the 3 way call.
Who should be your third party? During your FHTM team meetings you should ask for a list of 3 people so you are covered when you need but normally it is your upline who serves the role. My 3 way calls work best when I let my upline know I would be calling with a prospect. You should ask your upline what they prefer. Before long you will develop your own routine that makes you feel comfortable as you grow your FHTM business.
As the leader of your own team, encourage your team to take advantage of 3 way calls as they build their Fortune businesses. You also need to examine your own self by assessing the ways you work to grow your FHTM business. Ask yourself just how many 3 way calls did I make last week? The chances are that if the number of calls were low, your production was most likely low as well.
Use the power of the 3 way call yourself. Let your upline tell you when they are worn out! A leader should be involved in many 3 way calls every day. There is another benefit to using this proven tool, you will not only grow your FHTM business, but you will develop a great friendship with your upline which only adds to the team's momentum.
