With thousands of online business opportunities how did I choose my latest business venture? I’m Ken Garratt owner and writer for findabirdhouse an internet business.

While researching my latest venture opportunity on the internet I came upon an offer to get my own web site and a book explaining everything I needed to start a business online. After completing additional research online I decided that this investment of $49.95 to get a web site and a book on how to get rich online was worth a try. As we all know most of the programs online are scams or as I prefer to say misleading. I believe some of the business opportunities online work with luck and proper timing. My experience has been most programs do not work. I chose this program because the author explained in his pitch that most people will not succeed with his program and listed the reasons why.

I got the book and the web page set up within three days as promised. As I read the book I did not like how it was written this author is rude. However he gets his point across and provides useful information without all the fluff that most books contain. Before I could begin applying what I had learned I got a call from the authors company. They were offering an internet coaching program on how to set up and build an internet business. Because this was my first venture into an internet business I signed up.

My experience with the internet coaching program went well we met online each week for 8 weeks. Each week we learned a new aspect of the internet and how an internet business differs from a brick and mortar business. With each passing week I became infinitely aware of the opportunities that the internet has to offer that far exceeds the risks of any other business I have operated.

With the coaches help I incorporated and started my first online business findabirdhouse. What I learned with the coaches was invaluable and well worth the monetary investment that I made in my internet education. I can clearly see that if I started my business on my own I would have spent far more money and time than my initial investment. The coaching program lasts for six months.

Each week I will submit to my internet diary. I want to provide for my readers what really happens in starting and running your own internet business.
