A person is considered obese if he or she is at twenty percent excess of his or her proper weight. For example, a guy standing six foot tall is expected to weigh in around a hundred eighty to two hundred pounds. If he exceeds the upper limit by 20%, then the person is now obese.

Consuming too much every meal and no exercise is the perfect formula for getting too fat. It is imperative that you eat balanced meals. This does not pertain to avoiding carbs, meat or other food types, it simply means eating the proper quantity of everything. Also, psychological problems such as depression, confidence and the like have a role into this.
The health problems tied with being obese include a number of major heart or circulatory system diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, heart attack heartburn and heart stroke, to mention a few. The condition has also been tied to skin disorders, neurologic disturbances and arthritis and others.
