The market of satellite TV providers is filled with many providers. The two major runners of this list are Dish Network and Direct TV. It is amusing to note that both the companies give you almost the same facilities. Even the amount they charge is close and affordable. If observed carefully, you will see that their marketing promotions are similar. It is for obvious reasons, as the offers they make are synonymous. In a market filled with competitors, it is commendable to achieve a spot of reckoning. And with two firms battling it out for the top spot the scenario is sure to improve.
The demand for satellite TV is rising. It is attracting attention of people so highly, that all the competitors in the market are offering packages like never before. Customers are in a dilemma as to which package to choose. With eye dazzling promotional and advertisements, it is becoming difficult for the common man to make a choice. Direct TV and Dish Network are attracting customers with leaps and bounds. Though Direct TV has more customers than the latter, Dish Network is fast catching up. It is obvious that the Dish Network will catch up with its great service and packages on offer.
If one stops to think how the two dish TV providers may be called competitors, it will be observed that their similarities are two many and differences are too few. Both the companies offer you with similar deals in free installation and free satellite TV system. So there is no bifurcation in this regard. Even the movie pricing and the pricing for the local television programs is same, making them peers of the same league. The most wanted feature of today is Digital Video Recording (DVR). Both Direct TV and Dish network offer this feature. In each of the packages available from the satellite TV companies, there is a scope of upgrading the package with a nominal fee.
There are a few differences though. This disparity shows with respect to the programs offered to the customers. Dish Network gives you a wide range of satellite TV channels in international TV viewing. There are a number of choices when you wish to see international channels. Direct TV has a few options in this regard. But here dish Network beats its rival to the post. With numerous channels and options to choose from, Dish network aces out without a doubt.
Speaking of Direct TV, it has a plethora of American Sports channels. It is a treat for the sports fans that enjoy the particularly famous American games. With Futbol Mundial, HFL and NBA in the offing, Direct TV is a sure hit. But Dish TV is the company of the future. It has a strong customer care service that is ready to aid its customers in any need 24 X 7. With facilities of shifting base and easy up gradation, this network is here to stay. It is the future leader of satellite channel provider. So, all those people who have not yet subscribed to this network, its time to brace up and become a member of the Dish Network family.
