Amway scam? Really? You need to get some answers before you start into something that you'll be sorry for.
There are articles all over the internet of folks crying "Amway Scam". Is there any truth to these reports?
THE HISTORY Amway finds it's humble history in a couple of 1950's, door-to-door salesman, Jay Van Andel and Rich Devos.
Jay and Rich supposed they could provide a great opportunity for the average person and thus officially formed the network marketing Giant in 1959.
Amway has been on the market for 50 years! If there is an Amway scam they know how to veil it.
Let's take a look at the last half a century.
Amway has accumulated over 3 million reps and stretched out to penetrate over 80 countries globally.
An 8 billion dollar revenue number for 2008 demonstrates just how much bigger Amway is than all other companies in the industry.
Amway is comitted to giving back to the populace as well. They have donated over 325 million dollars to charitable causes through their course of business.
THE CONTROVERSY Many people think that because some upper level distributors have made some income promoting books and tapes, an amway scam exists.
Isn't it something that certain leaders could improve their talents to such a level that mass numbers of folks would fancy to study from them?
Now, is it concievable that some of these reps have been corrupt in there promotional tactics? Absolutely.
Does that mean that there is an Amway scam? No, it means that several of the 3 million reps may well be scammers.
The BOTTOM LINE When Amway says they will ship you products in return for your money... guess what? They do it.
Amway pays it's IBO's according to the compensation plan which is written for all to see.
