A healthy person is all desired to have as an employee of a company or institution. He has to be healthy and fit enough to serve the institution without any problem. But a drug addicted person is not deserved and desired by an institution to work. Everywhere therefore in sports, law institutions and schools and colleges authorities want to be sure enough to check the candidates’ health and other norms to be sure that he or she is not a drug addict. Drug addiction is a threat of humanity. It kills humanity and lives. It kills the normal behavior and atmosphere which is very much important to build a good and sound working atmosphere in any working space. Now in any corporate office corporate drug testing is being held and its aim is to clear the air of suspicion or doubt that if the candidate is drug addicted or not. Pass a drug test is important and significant because monitoring behavioral changes in an individual may or may not confirm the use of drugs. It may be other factors too. So Drug testing helps to determine if such abnormal behavior is due to intake of drugs or not. So to create a healthy working atmosphere pass a drug test is very essential and of import.
The obvious symptoms of a drug addiction are lack of interest in work, drowsiness, lack of participation in activities, abandonment from family members etc. feeling very low and losing self esteem are the very common signs of drug addiction. If the addicted person is a younger member then she or he will behave in a strange manner and mood. Changing of taste in music and dressing style, lack of interest in reading or studying or repetitive absent from classes are some of many common signs of having drugs.
There are mainly four types of drug testing and they are passing a hair test, saliva test, urine test and blood test. All these tests confirm the presence of drug particles in blood or urine or hair follicle or in saliva respectively according to the drug test. Hair sample drug testing can detect all of the major types of drugs, including marijuana, opiates, methamphetamines, PCP, ecstasy, and cocaine. Pass a hair test means pass a drug test. In a hair test it detects the trace amounts of illicit substances trapped in the cortex of the hair for up to 90 days after use. Though hair testing is more expensive than other testing but employers are more prone to this test because of its accuracy and trustworthiness. Employee drug testing programs often incorporate pass a hair test into their plans because of this reason. A urine drug test kit, for example, can provide a level of accuracy that is nearly ten times that of other testing methods. Likewise, pass a hair test does not involve the embarrassing collection of samples like that of urine or saliva drug tests. A single strand of hair is all that is needed to obtain accurate results.
