In this case is getting leads and recruiting. Give information to solve that problem. See yourself as a problem solver and everybody is going to see you as a problem solver.

Other thing you need to do is repetition. Spread the world your website. Tweet or Facebook the link of your blog. Also in the profile put the website. Create consistency with your readers. If you have a blog you can write two or three times a week. Try to do it the same days every week. This is going to make your audience going these specific days to your website.

So remember brand yourself to repetition and consistency and you are going to see the results.
